Our cancellation policy

Due to a high number of patients not attending appointments, we regretfully have no choice but to implement an appointment cancellation policy coming into effect from 2 January 2024.

Cancellation Notice: We request a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice results in a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be payable via e-transfer, cash, or debit/credit card. 

Cancellation Fee: If you fail to provide the required notice for appointment cancellation or rescheduling, a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged.

ReschedulingIf you wish to reschedule your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to the cancellation fee.

No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without any prior notice, you will be considered a “no-show.” No-shows will result in a cancellation fee of $50 and may affect your ability to schedule future appointments.

Late Policy: We will always endeavour to attend to a patient if they are late, but when this is not possible, the appointment will require rescheduling. *If patients arrive more than 15 minutes late for their appointment, the appointment will be rescheduled and the patient will be subject to the fee of $50. 

Other Circumstances: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will make exceptions for emergencies or unavoidable situations. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation and potential alternatives.

For sonohysterography, tubal patency assessment or endometriosis secondary ultrasounds, a fee of $100 will be charged.
